Week 7 Pics

Spent the weekend out on the Western Slope riding bikes, hiking, and camping.  A little pre vacation before the upcoming vacation.  For some reason my camera's shutter stopped working.  Not very happy about this since we leave for Mexico on Thursday.  It's in the shop so hopefully all that clean livin' pays off and it gets fixed before we leave.  Until then enjoy this weeks photo bomb.

This weeks pictures are a mix.  I received some pointers from a friend that really helped with my night photography, thanks Johh.  Of course you've got to love the mountains and bikes too.  Not much post processing was done this week.  The second one probably had the most post processing done.  Enjoy.

Week 5 Pics

I've been working with the new camera and the old one for this weeks pictures. A friend of mine let me borrow a Nikon 70-300 zoom lens, since I had to send my in for warranty, that has been a bunch of fun to work with. I'm hoping in the upcoming weeks I'll work in some video for the 52 week project.

Not my best work since starting this project but I think these are some cool shots.
Durf had a great eye yesterday. She saw this on our ride and thought it might make a cool shot, she was correct.



Got this one on our way home from Copper. The moon looked so cool we had to stop so I could snap off a shot.

Week 3 Photos

To learn a bit more about my camera and photography I've decided to start a 52 week project. Take pictures throughout the week and post on Mondays. These are week 3 pictures. I've also wrangled a couple buddies into this crazy project. As I get their pictures I'll post them up as well.
